Gypsum

The old factory:
In 1968, the company - with its own efforts - converted a slag drying unit delivered with the Czech cement plant to a gypsum factory producing 60 000 tons per year.

The new gypsum factory:
Since the Russian cement line does not need the slag drying unit delivered with its main equipment.
This unit has also been converted to produce gypsum.
Some other complementary equipment was imported to install this gypsum factory with an out put of 300 000 tons per year. It started operation in 1999.

Leca and light bricks:
An Austrian company installed a light expanding clay aggregates (Leca) plant with an annual capacity of 80 000 cubic meters annexed to this plant 2 leca block lines with an output of 160 million blocks per year.

Cement blocks:
a west German company installed three cement block lines. Production started on June 1987. The company has also 9 small lines producing approximately 20 million cement block per year
