Health and safety at work:
NCC places great concern on accident prevention. It is systematically applied by the departments concerned assisted by the stuff committee.
The company is also taking all measures for providing workers with information to raise their level of awareness.
NCC has its own fire fighting system and a fire station equipped with modern trucks administered by qualified and well trained staff.

Staff training:
Training programs are performed for all personnel levels to develop their abilities and prospect advancement in all company activities (Technical, managerial, financial......etc).
This program is executed with the cooperation of the Egyptian universities and institutes. It covers technical KNOW-HOW and expertise for attending local and foreign seminars.
Moral and financial bonus are granted to distinguished trainees.

Service station:
This station is recently established at site to secure fuel, oils and general services for the company vehicles.

Club and recreation activities:
The company has a social and sporting club at helwan where workers can practise many games and take part in local competitions and is registered as a member of the companies federation.
In this club the workers families can enjoy a social atmosphere.
The company renders summer vacation for workers and their families, as it has a property of many apartmantsin Alexandria, Ras Elbar and northern coast.

Medical care:
The Company has established a modern clinic covering almost all medical branches and an  local operation there, Radiography, Lab, Physical treatment …etc equipped with the most modern equipment all are run by highly Qualified doctors to cover all Emergency and Normal Needs, besides an independent pharmacy at site to serve the workers.
Critical Cases are referred to the best specialized Hospitals to receive intensive Medical Care.
